Dr Carolina Gabriel advises medium-sized businesses, large groups and financial investors on all issues pertaining to corporate law. The focus of her advice lies in national and international reorganisations as well as corporate acquisitions and joint ventures.
Dr Carolina Gabriel was born in 1983. She studied law at the University of Bayreuth (Germany), completing her studies in 2007. She then did her doctorate under the supervision of Prof Dr Lutz Michalski, Chair of Civil, Commercial and Business Law, at the University of Bayreuth until 2009. Her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany) included working for a commercial law firm in Buenos Aires (Argentina). Carolina Gabriel was admitted to the German Bar in 2011 and joined Luther in 2012, where she is a member of the Latin American Desk. Furthermore, she is a member of the German/Argentinian Lawyers Association (ADJV e.V.) and supports Ulrich Klemm and Philipp Dietz in managing Luther’s Latin American Desk.
