Dominika Lochner

Dominika Lochner helps contracting authorities and companies to plan and implement national and Europe-wide procurement procedures, with a particular focus on the preparation of the tender documents, the publication and handling of the procurement procedures on diverse e-procurement platforms, in particular with regard to applicants/bidders’ questions, all the way through to the conclusion of the procurement procedures with the relevant publications and notifications.

Public Procurement Law

Dominika Lochner studied law at the University of Würzburg (Germany), with an emphasis on “Employment law in the company”. After passing her first state law exam in June 2022, she worked for the government of Upper Bavaria (Germany). Dominika Lochner joined Luther’s Munich office in 2023 and is part of the public procurement law team.
