Daniel Stötzler inter alia advises the public sector and medium-sized companies on private-sector building and architectural law. In addition to providing advice during projects, his services also include enforcing and defending warranty claims and claims for remuneration.
Daniel Stötzler studied law at the University of Tübingen (Germany) until 2022. After graduating from university, he carried out his legal training at the Regional Court of Hechingen (Germany) and, during that period, already started focusing on private-sector building and architectural law by carrying out part of his training in a large German law firm and working as a research assistant in a specialised boutique law firm.
Daniel Stötzler joined Luther as a lawyer in August 2024.
