Conrad Knöchel primarily advises companies on all business law issues relating to corporate law, in particular in connection with M&A transactions and restructurings. Furthermore, he advises clients on all on-going matters pertaining to commercial and contract law and assists the notaries working at Luther with the performance of their notarial duties.
Conrad Knöchel studied law at the University of Münster (Germany), also completing a practical training abroad in San Francisco (USA). Whilst at university, he additionally completed discipline-specific foreign language training in English. Conrad Knöchel carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany) from 2016 to 2018; this included training periods in the area of corporate law in law firms in Düsseldorf (Germany) and Sydney (Australia). Conrad Waleczek was admitted to the German Bar at the beginning of the year 2019 and initially worked in the corporate litigation department of an international law firm before moving to Luther’s Essen office in October 2019, where he works in Corporate/M&A.
