Christina Rygula advises national and international clients on industrial property and copyright law issues, with a focus on the development and implementation of international brand development and defence strategies. Her further services include advising on how to draft licence agreements, on how to proceed against product and trademark counterfeiting, and on special competition legislation.
Christina Rygula studied law at the University of Munich (Germany), with an emphasis on competition law, intellectual property and media law. After graduating from university, Christina Rygula obtained an LL.M. in intellectual property law from Trinity College in Dublin (Ireland). As part of her legal training at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, she worked for the IP department of an international business law firm and for the German Embassy in Manila (Philippines), amongst others.
