Annika Sokolka advises on matters pertaining to public real estate and building law, in particular, planning and building regulatory law. Her advisory services also cover all relevant ancillary areas of law, such as monument protection law, road law and environmental issues. Annika Sokolka primarily provides assistance with complex development plan procedures and with the approval of construction projects. In addition, she carries out public-law due diligence reviews within the context of real estate transactions.
Annika Sokolka studied law at the University of Leipzig (Germany). She carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany), which included completing training periods at the German Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection and the German Federal Foreign Office in Baku (Azerbaijan), amongst others. During a further training period spent in an international business law firm she gained experience in public real estate and building law. Annika Sokolka was admitted to the bar in 2020 and has worked at Luther ever since.
