Luther advises FIDELITAS Industrieholding on the acquisition of ERNI Electronic Solutions

The ERNI Group, based in Adelberg, Baden-Württemberg, is a manufacturer of electronic connectivity solutions for the industry. As part of its focusing strategy, the group has sold its Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) division and its activities in the field of central electronics to FIDELITAS Industrieholding GmbH. A team from Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft provided legal support to FIDELITAS during the transaction.

FIDELITAS Industrieholding GmbH, based in Nürtingen, Germany, realizes company successions in the South German medium-sized business sector. By way of an asset deal, its subsidiary, INTUS Elektronik GmbH, acquired all essential assets of ERNI Electronic Solutions GmbH & Co. KG in Göppingen-Eschenbach and continues business operations without restriction. All employees will be kept on. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
