Tamara Hefner’s legal practice primarily focuses on matters relating to German and European antitrust law (merger control, investigation and regulatory fine proceedings by antitrust authorities, compliance, actions for damages).
Tamara Hefner studied law at Justus Liebig University in Gießen (Germany), following which she participated in a non-profit project regarding providing pro-bono legal advice in Cape Town (South Africa). Tamara Hefner carried out her legal training with the German state of Hesse, in the district of the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main; this inter alia included a training period with the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Frankfurt am Main.
During her legal training, Tamara Hefner already worked for Luther as a research assistant. She joined Luther’s Antitrust team as an Associate in May 2022.
