Susanne Abraham provides corporate law advice on matters such as the formation of companies, different forms of investment and total acquisition. As a member of the corporate law team of Luther’s Berlin office, she advises owners of family businesses, shareholders, managing directors, investors and founders.
Susanne Abraham was born in the German state of Brandenburg in 1989. After studying law in Heidelberg (Germany), she initially worked as a research assistant, coordinating the legal education of future lawyers. She then gained her first practical professional experience as a graduate in law in Moscow (Russia) and Tel Aviv (Israel). Her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany) included working for the German Federal Foreign Office and for the public procurement law practice group of a large German law firm. In the legal department of a Fintech company, she dealt with financial market regulation and corporate compliance issues and with questions of law regarding the formation and financing of companies. Susanne Abraham joined Luther as a lawyer in 2017.
