Areas of practice

Laudine Daniel´s practice has been focused on labour and employment law in an international context. She provides hands-on solutions to European, U.S. and French startups, SME and large businesses in the management of their employees in the Asia Pacific region. Laudine Daniel´s expertise covers a wide range of topics such as international mobility, data protection, implementation of global policies, cross-border transactions, company downsizing as well as the investigation and management of employee misconduct cases.


Laudine Daniel graduated from a Masters in labour and employment law from University Pantheon-Assas in Paris (France) and was admitted to the Paris bar in 2011. Prior to that, she was an exchange student at Duke Law in the U.S. As part of her training with the Paris bar school, Laudine Daniel was an intern in the legal department of a U.S. company based in Atlanta in the U.S. Afterwards, she practised labour law for eight years in various international law firms in Paris. Laudine Daniel joined Luther in Singapore in 2021.
