Kristine Böhm works in the areas of White-collar Crime and Compliance. She represents companies in white-collar criminal and administrative offences proceedings and also works as a defence lawyer representing individuals. In addition, she carries out internal investigations and provides assistance in compliance-related proceedings, if necessary. She also advises companies on the implementation and further development of compliance management systems.
Kristine Böhm studied law with an emphasis on criminal law and criminal justice at the University of Tübingen (Germany). During her time as a student and whilst working on her doctorate, she worked there as a research assistant at the Chair of German and European Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law, White-collar Criminal Law and Computer Criminal Law. In this function, she organised the holiday exam preparation course in criminal procedural law and various study groups for criminal law. Kristine Böhm carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Tübingen (Germany). She joined Luther in 2022 and works in the areas of White-collar Crime and Compliance.
