Kristina Bengel studied law, with a particular emphasis on criminal law, at Heinrich Heine University in Dusseldorf (Germany). As part of her legal training in the Dusseldorf Higher Regional Court District, she inter alia worked for a renowned commercial law firm and, in addition, for a commercial law firm in Cape Town (South Africa). After passing her second state law exam, she worked as a research assistant in the Corporate M&A department of an internationally operating commercial law firm and acquired a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in business law at the University of Cologne (Germany). Kristina Bengel joined Luther as a lawyer in 2023.
