Jonas Dietz

Jonas Dietz concentrates his practice on public procurement law, advising primarily the public sector and its undertakings, as well as private undertakings. He also assists with strategic projects and topics of the future regarding digitalisation, energy transition and mobility.

Public Procurement Law

Jonas Dietz studied business law on a Bachelor’s programme at the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences (Germany), with a particular focus on employment and social law and on insolvency law and restructuring. After graduating from university, he initially worked at BDO AG and in industry before moving to PwC, where he specialised in public funding law, broadband rollout and digitalisation. Jonas Dietz joined the public procurement team at Luther’s Leipzig office in 2024.
