Esther Haas

Esther Haas advises national and international clients on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law, including representing clients in court.

Employment Law

Esther Haas has a Bachelor of Science in business psychology (with employment law and personnel management as subsidiary subjects) from Leuphana University in Lüneburg (Germany). Following her Bachelor’s degree, she studied law at the Universities of Hamburg (Germany) and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) with an emphasis on employment law, including as it relates to company law.

After passing her first state law exam, she worked as a research assistant in a leading German employment law firm. She then carried out her legal training at the Hamburg Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, which inter alia included training periods at the Labour Court of Hamburg and at the Regional Labour Court of Cologne (Germany). During this period, she also worked as a research assistant in the employment law department of a renowned medium-sized law firm.

Esther Haas was admitted to the German Bar in 2022 and joined Luther the same year.
