David Steinschulte

David Steinschulte advises companies and individuals on all matters pertaining to energy law and German and European antitrust law. He also represents clients in procedures before the competent regulatory authorities, as well as acting as a litigator.

David Steinschulte studied law at the University of Bonn (Germany) from 2013 to 2019, focusing on German and European environmental and planning law, public business law, infrastructure law and regulatory law with a special emphasis on energy law. As part of his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Cologne (Germany), David Steinschulte worked for a ruling chamber of the German Federal Network Agency and for the energy law team of an international commercial law firm, amongst others. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2022 and joined Luther the same year.
