With Frank Tschentscher, LL.M. (NTU), attorney-at-law and solicitor (England & Wales), Luther Lawfirm is expanding its restructuring and insolvency practice in Hamburg with effect from 1 August 2019. Tschentscher was previously a partner at Schultze & Braun, a law firm specializing in insolvency administration, and its head of the Hamburg branch for restructuring consulting.
Frank Tschentscher regularly represents international financial creditors and bank consortia in the pre-insolvency restructuring and reorganization of companies. He also acts as a debtor negotiator and has many years of experience in the field of structured insolvency. Tschentscher is the representative of the German members in INSOL Europe's Council of States, a regular speaker at national and international events and the author of numerous publications.
