Invesco acquires Omega office park with Luther

Invesco Real Estate acquires the Omega office park in Munich for a south German pension fund. For the first time, the company relies on the Munich-based Luther team for this transaction.

The seller of the Omega office park was the project developer Wöhr+Bauer. The complex in Baierbrunner Straße in Obersendling covers a total area of 17,800 m2.
