Background

Essen – As of 01 February 2017, Dr Henning Lustermann (42, Counsel) will move to the Essen office of Luther Law Firm, where he had previously worked with great success from 2004 to 2008. Based on his many years of industry experience, Dr Lustermann will provide Luther's clients in the real estate sector with advice on building law issues, with a special focus on climate-neutral real estate management and facility management.

Henning Lustermann: "I am very pleased to return to Luther and to have the opportunity to further strengthen both the very successfully expanded real estate law consultancy as well as the Essen location. Among other things, our consulting approach considers the "climate-neutral building portfolio" required by politics and regulatory authorities and in so doing both supplements and drives the holistic approach of life-cycle based real estate consulting at Luther."

Achim Meier, head of Luther's real estate law practice: "With Dr Lustermann, we have won a colleague who in particular represents a high-growth consulting area with his professional expertise and industry experience in the real estate sector."
