Luther Expands Fund Structuring and Fund Supervision

Frankfurt - With Nicole Bittlingmayer, Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft gains an internationally experienced regulatory specialist. She will join the Frankfurt office as a partner in May 2020 and will advise on German investment and regulatory law. She will also focus on advising open and closed real estate funds, service KVG models and outsourcing issues.

Background

Nicole Bittlingmayer's clients include German and international fund management companies, real estate funds, asset managers, institutional real estate investors and custodians.

Nicole Bittlingmayer most recently worked as Legal Counsel at the US law firm King & Spalding LLP, whose Frankfurt office she co-founded. Prior to this, she worked at what is now PATRIZIA Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (formerly TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH), which was the largest market-leading provider and manager of structured real estate investment products for institutional investors at the time.
