Compleo, a manufacturer of charging stations for electric vehicles based in Dortmund, will acquire all shares in ieMS. The business with charging stations and charging solutions as well as the US subsidiaries of ieMS are not part of the transaction. A team from Luther Industry Group Energy led by partners Dr Michael Bormann (Corporate / M&A) and Dr Holger Stappert (Antitrust Law and Energy Law) provided comprehensive advice on the sale process.
