Luther advises Möller Real Estate in the acquisition of a commercial building in Bielefeld

The Bielefeld project developer Möller Real Estate has acquired a commercial building in downtown Bielefeld with around 7,500 m² of rental space. Law firm Luther and tax consultancy Grunert Steuerberatung advised on the transaction. The seller is Catalyst Capital, which acquired the property as part of the "Project 10" portfolio for the in August 2016 established Catalyst European Property Fund II.
