Katharina Klenk-Wernitzki advises and represents national and international clients in all matters of civil litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
Katharina Klenk-Wernitzki specializes in complex national and transnational disputes, international civil procedure law and international enforcement. She has particular expertise in the resolution of German-Chinese disputes.
Another focus of Katharina Klenk-Wernitzki's practice is the coordination of mass claims. She has many years of extensive experience in the development of customized legal-tech solutions.
Katharina Klenk-Wernitzki studied in Cologne and Beijing and holds a double degree in Law and Regional Studies East Asia/China with a focus on Chinese Law. Katharina completed her legal traineeship in Bonn, Cologne and New York. Prior to joining Luther, she worked inter alia as a lecturer at the Da-Yeh University in Taiwan and as Deputy Managing Director of the German-Chinese Business Association. She speaks German, English and Chinese. Katharina Klenk-Wernitzki joined Luther in 2014. She has been a member of the nationwide Complex Disputes team since 2017. She is also a board member of the Asian European Arbitration Association.
