Volker von Alvensleben

Volker von Alvensleben advises on matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law, with a special emphasis on works constitution and collective bargaining law, the employment law aspects of transactions and the provision of employment law advice in the context of transformations, mergers and outsourcing.

Employment Law

Volker von Alvensleben studied law at the Universities of Kiel and Freiburg (both Germany). He carried out his legal training in Hamburg (Germany) and Paris (France) and was admitted to the German Bar in 1984. He has been a certified specialist in employment law since 1997. From 1992 to 2003, Volker von Alvensleben was already a Partner at Luther, returning as Of Counsel in 2021.
