Fabienne Scharfe mainly advises her clients on issues pertaining to corporate law, on national and international transactions (including M&A) as well as on general contract law.  Another focus of her work is national and international litigation and arbitration.

Fabienne Scharfe was born in 1975. She studied law at the Universities of Hamburg, Germany; Leuven, Belgium; and Tulane University, Louisiana, USA. After being admitted to the German Bar in 2005, she worked for a business law firm with an international focus. Fabienne Scharfe joined Luther in 2011.
