Dr. Philipp Honisch

Dr Philipp Honisch advises and represents clients as a lawyer in all matters relating to corporate law and also provides assistance with M&A processes. Furthermore, he supports Luther’s civil-law notaries in the performance of their official duties by drawing up notarial deeds and assisting with their implementation. He is also a member of the Dutch Desk.

Dr Philipp Honisch was born in 1982. He studied law at the Universities of Münster (Germany) and Rome (Italy). In 2011, he obtained his doctorate from the University of Münster. After carrying out his legal training at the Regional Court of Bochum (Germany), Philipp Honisch started his professional career in a large American law firm (2012-2015) and a regional law firm that additionally performed notarial functions (2015-2017), focussing on insolvency and business law and on inheritance law. Philipp Honisch joined Luther’s practice group Corporate/M&A in June 2017.
