Dr. Martin Kolmhuber

Dr. Martin Kolmhuber leads the team for occupational pension plans within the employment service line.
He also specialises in employment law-related issues during corporate restructuring, with an emphasis on post-merger integration and on issues in works constitutions and tariff law.
His work in individual employment law especially deals with contract composition and forensic work in the case of contract termination.

Dr. Martin Kolmhuber was born in 1962. After studying in Bochum, Lausanne, Cologne and Trier, he received his doctorate on the topic of "French Working Time Law" in 1997 after spending time in Nancy, France. He joined Luther’s predecessor firmin 1997.
