Anja Schwarz advises primarily European companies in investments projects in the Asia/Pacific region with a particular focus on Singapore. Her advisory services especially comprise expertise in intellectual property law, corporate law, M&A and data protection law.

Anja Schwarz, LL.M. (London) studied Chinese language at the University of Xiamen (China) and Law at the Universities of Passau, Bonn and Tours (France).  She completed post-graduate studies with a focus on International and Comparative Commercial Law at the University of London (School of Oriental and African Studies, SOAS) to receive her Master of Laws (LL.M.). Before joining Luther as a German attorney-at-Law and Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore in 2018, she worked at the Düsseldorf office of Clifford Chance since 2010 and advised national and international clients in all fields of intellectual property, both contentious and non-contentious, and on IP related matters in corporate transactions.
