Ulrich Siegemund has over 20 years of experience in national and international tax law, having worked for two of the big worldwide tax and audit networks. He provided services to numerous multinational groups of companies in different industries. His main focus lies on international tax law (inbound and outbound), acquisitions, tax-optimised structuring and restructuring as well as real estate transactions. He is co-author of a commentary on the German Corporate Income Tax Act and has published several articles in professional magazines.

Ulrich Siegemund was admitted to the bar association of lawyers in 1989 and was accredited as tax advisor (Steuerberater) in 1993. He joined Luther as a partner in 2008. He is the head of Luther's Tax service line.
