Areas of practice

Robert Pacholski advises companies on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law, on service law relating to board members and executive staff, and on selected medical law issues. He has many years of experience in organising and implementing the restructuring of businesses, including negotiating reconciliations of interests and social compensation plans, and has special knowledge in the health care sector and in the public sector – inter alia, in chief physician law and supplemental pension law (VBL/ZVK). Robert Pacholski represents his clients at court in civil law and employment law proceedings, including in decision proceedings regarding collective employment law matters, and is a frequent lecturer at symposia and professional conferences.

Robert Pacholski was born in 1979. He studied law in Leipzig (Germany) from 1999 to 2004 and then carried out his legal training, as part of which he worked for a law firm in Toronto (Canada), amongst others. Robert Pacholski joined Luther in 2006, was admitted to the German Bar in 2007, and has additionally been a certified specialist in employment law since 2014. In 2015, he successfully completed a training course in medical law as one of the requirements that need to be fulfilled in order to become a certified specialist in medical law.
