Dominik Menhaj was born in Hannover (Germany) in 1989. Until 2014, he studied law at Leibniz University in Hannover, focussing on intellectual property/information technology at the Hannover Institute for Legal Informatics. As part of his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany), he worked at the Lower Saxon Ministry of the Interior and Sports, cybersecurity unit, “White IT” alliance, and in the corporate law department of a listed stock corporation, amongst others. Dominik Menhaj is a member of Luther’s practice group that deals with IT law/data protection issues.
