Melina Rohrbach

Melina Rohrbach advises national and international clients on German and European antitrust law, which includes, amongst other things, representing clients in merger control proceedings, in investigations and administrative fine proceedings by antitrust authorities, and in investment control procedures. She further advises on how to structure cooperation agreements between competitors, as well as advising on vertical distribution and supply agreements.

Antitrust Law

Melina Rohrbach studied law at the University of Hamburg (Germany). As part of her legal training, she inter alia worked in the antitrust department of an international commercial law firm. Melina Rohrbach was admitted to the German Bar in 2020. Prior to joining Luther, she worked as a lawyer on the antitrust team of an international law firm.
