Dr. Lisa-Marie Ross, LL.M. (NUS)

Dr Lisa-Marie Ross advises primarily European companies and startups in investment projects in the Asia/Pacific region with a particular focus on Singapore. Her areas of expertise include corporate law, capital markets & banking, domestic and cross border M&A, international commercial arbitration, regulatory law, and employment law. Dr Lisa-Marie Ross has a particular interest in the intersection of law and technology as well as sustainability.

Dr Lisa-Marie Ross studied law at the University of Kiel and at the National University of Singapore, where she completed her Master’s degree in international and comparative law. Further, she obtained her PhD in law (Dr. iur.) in cross-sectoral sustainability regulation at the Goethe University Frankfurt.
Additionally, Dr Lisa-Marie Ross is a trained banker and has a total of 13 years combined working experience in the financial services industry and legal academia with experience in both civil law and common law jurisdictions. She publishes her research in leading international and local journals and books.
