Dr Julian Günthner, M.A.

Dr Julian Günthner's practice focuses on corporate law and M&A transactions. He advises national and international companies and their owners, in particular on structural measures under company law such as incorporations and transformations as well as shareholder disputes. Another focus of his advice is in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Furthermore, Dr Günthner represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

Corporate/M&A

Dr Julian Günthner studied law and art history at the University of Tübingen (Germany). He worked as an academic assistant at a criminal law chair and was awarded his doctorate in 2021. Julian Günthner carried out his legal training at the Regional Court of Tübingen. He has regularly worked as a visiting lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences - Public Administration and Finance in Ludwigsburg (Germany) since 2017.
