Dalva Girard Teixeira

Dalva Girard Teixeira is a Managing Associate and a member of the Corporate M&A Group of Luther’s Luxembourg office. She focuses on assisting and advising various Luxembourg and multinational clients on corporate law and both local and international transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and private equity.

Dalva Girard Teixeira obtained a Master’s Degree in corporate and tax law from University of Nancy and a Master’s Degree in cross-border business law from University of Metz. She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2020 (Avocat liste II) and became Avocat à la Cour in 2022 (Avocat liste I).

Prior to joining Luther in 2023, she worked for 4 years in a Luxembourg law firm in corporate and banking and finance practice areas.
