Christoph Schwarz

Christoph Schwarz primarily advises on all matters pertaining to administrative and administrative procedural law.

Christoph Schwarz studied law, with an emphasis on real estate law, at the University of Regensburg (Germany) from 2013 to 2019. He then carried out his legal training at the Regional Court of Regensburg, which also included periods of training at the District Office and at the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Christoph Schwarz passed his second state law exam in 2022. From January to June 2023, he worked for a public-law corporation. From 2014 to 2020 and from 2021 to 2023, he also was a member of the  Municipal Council of Burglengenfeld and a supervisory and administration board member in several municipal bodies.

• Provided advice and representation to the funding agencies responsible for granting the “Coronavirus economic aid” in several German states in funding, objection and complaint procedures
