Areas of practice

Alexandra Möller provides structuring advice in cross-border contexts, as well as advising on all matters pertaining to tax and occupational social security law, with a special emphasis on topics at the interface between (wage) tax law and employment and (occupational) social security law. In addition, she also assists with restructurings, in particular by providing tax and social security law advice in relation to socially acceptable staff reductions, which includes helping companies optimise and subsequently implement social compensation plans.

Finally, she also advises high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including many well-known professional athletes, on tax, social security and employment law issues, in particular when moving to or leaving Germany.

Vita

Alexandra Möller studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (Germany), successfully completing a German-French double degree in law as part of an integrated course of studies. This means that in addition to passing two state law exams in Germany, she also holds the degrees of licence and maîtrise en droit.

Whilst studying in Paris (France), Alexandra Möller worked in an international law firm, advising on employment and corporate law issues in a cross-border context. Her legal training also involved working in a large law firm, in Munich (Germany).
