Laurianne Vessot

Laurianne Vessot is a member of the Investment Management Group of Luther’s Luxembourg office. She focuses on regulatory, corporate, and organisational aspects in relation to the set-up, structuring, and management of both regulated and unregulated funds. She is regularly involved in the set-up of funds for the financial sector. She also advises clients, whether investors, investment fund managers or initiators, on the legal, corporate and regulatory aspects of investment funds in Luxembourg.

Laurianne Vessot erwarb einen Master-Abschluss in internationalem Wirtschaftsrecht an der Universität Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, Hô-Chi-Minh-Stadt, Vietnam, einen Master-Abschluss in internationalem Unternehmens- und Steuerrecht an der Universität Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris, Frankreich und einen Mastère Spécialisé, Juriste Manager International an der EM Lyon Business School, Lyon, Frankreich.

Bevor sie 2023 zu Luther kam, arbeitete sie in internationalen Anwaltskanzleien mit Sitz in Luxemburg.
