Nazik Grigorian was born in 1990. She lived for several years in Armenia and Iran. After finishing school in 2009, she studied law at the University of Leipzig and at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (both Germany). Whilst at university, she was on a scholarship from Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. After graduating from university, Nazik Grigorian carried out her legal training in the Free State of Saxony (Germany). As part of her legal training, she worked for an international business law firm, amongst others. Nazik Grigorian has been providing litigation advice and IP/IT law/data protection law advice at Luther since 2017.
Nazik Grigorian advises national and international clients on matters relating to IT/IP law and represents them in pre-trial and court proceedings. In the area of IT law, she drafts contracts, amongst other things, and supports clients in all matters pertaining to data protection law. Another important part of her work relates to the protection of intellectual property, in particular, trademark law, where she advises on how to develop and implement international strategies for the development and defence of trademarks.
