Stefan Hubertus Tolksdorf

Stefan Hubertus Tolksdorf advises on national and international corporate transactions (M&A) on the buyer and seller side as well as on privatisations and structuring in the health care/public sector. He also advises on general commercial and corporate law issues.

Corporate/M&A

Stefan Tolksdorf was born in 1989. He finished school in 2008 and then started to study law at the University of Göttingen (Germany) in 2009. After passing his first state exam, he carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany), which included working for the Regional Court of Hanover (Germany) and an internationally operating business law firm. Stefan Tolksdorf joined Luther’s Hanover office at the beginning of 2018.
