Rares Holonec

Rares Holonec advises on all matters pertaining to business law. The focus of his advisory services is on the sale and acquisition of companies (M&A), including carrying out due diligence reviews, structuring and drafting company purchase agreements, and dealing with post-acquisition issues. He additionally advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, as well as on commercial, contract, and distribution law.

Corporate/M&A

Rares Holonec was born in 1991. He studied law in Heidelberg (Germany) and then carried out his legal training at the Regional Court of Stuttgart (Germany), focussing on private and procedural international law. Rares Holonec has been working at Luther since the beginning of 2017, first as a legal trainee, then as a research assistant, and then, after his admission to the German Bar, as a lawyer. In 2018, Rares Holonec worked at the Luther locations in Singapore and Myanmar as part of his legal training.
