Oliver Krall, LL.M. (Wellington)

Oliver Krall provides legal counsel in questions concerning German and international corporate and economic law. He specialises in assistance to national and international companies and corporations during M&A transactions and restructuring. Oliver Krall also supports national and international clients in ongoing issues pertaining to corporate, general trade, and contract law. He also participates in legal proceedings regarding trade and corporate law.

Corporate/M&A

Oliver Krall was born in 1976. He studied law at the University of Regensburg, Germany, from 1996 to 2001. During his traineeship (2001-2003), he worked in Sydney, Australia at a major international law firm, specialising in corporate law. He was admitted to the bar in 2004. He undertook his Master of Laws in International Law at the Victoria University of Wellington/New Zealand from 2005 to 2006. He joined Luther in 2006.
