Areas of practice

Marie Sinniger is a Partner of the Corporate/M&A practice and head of the Employment practice of Luther's Luxembourg office.

Marie advises domestic and international clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and debt restructuring, and debt and equity financing.

She also focuses on contentious and non-contentious employment law aspects, such as drafting and terminating employment contracts, handling employment issues in the context of corporate restructuring operations, cross-border employment issues, collective bargaining, staff representation, and employee benefits.

Marie Sinniger obtained a Master's Degree in Business Law and a Post-Graduate Degree in International Business Law from the University of Nancy II in France.

She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2008. Prior to joining Luther in 2010, she worked in the corporate department of a renowned independent Luxembourg law firm.
