Gerrit Feuerherdt

Gerrit Feuerherdt primarily advises clients on all matters pertaining to national and international IT and data protection law. In this context, he deals inter alia with e-commerce issues, with reviewing and drafting IT contracts, and with the implementation of the European General Data Protection Regulation at companies. Another focus of his work is copyright and licensing law.

Gerrit Feuerherdt studied law at the University of Cologne (Germany) with an emphasis on intellectual property and competition law. As part of his legal training, he worked for the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the German State of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), the corporate legal department of a leading, DAX-listed telecommunications company, and Luther’s IP/IT practice, amongst others. Gerrit Feuerherdt passed his second state law exam in 2019 and joined Luther the same year.
