Frances Wolf

Frances Wolf primarily advises companies operating in the health care market on matters relating to corporate and medical law. In addition to assisting with transaction processes and restructurings, she advises providers of in-patient and out-patient services on the structuring of cooperation agreements (Kooperationen) and on licensing and remuneration law issues.

Corporate/M&A

Frances Wolf studied law at the University of Augsburg (Germany) with an emphasis on “bio law”, medical law, and health law. As part of her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main (Germany) she inter alia worked in the legal department of the Charité university hospital in Berlin (Germany). Frances Wolf was admitted to the German Bar in 2018. In 2018/2019, she successfully completed a training course in medical law for lawyers as a step towards becoming a certified specialist in medical law. Frances Wolf started her career at Luther in Luther’s London office before moving to the Hanover office in September 2018.
