Dr Ulrich Philippi primarily provides advice in connection with domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Dr Ulrich Philippi was born in 1966. He studied law in Tübingen and Berlin, Germany, and after passing his second State exam went on to do a doctorate in the area of corporate law. He joined Luther’s predecessor firm in 1997 and is the head of the Stuttgart office.
