Dr. Philip Dohse

Dr. Philip Dohse provides legal assistance in national and international acquisitions and corporate sales, as well as complex due diligences and MBOs/MBIs. His main areas of expertise include corporate law (limited liability companies, stock companies, group law and partnerships, e.g. limited partnerships). Dr. Philip Dohse has been advising most of his clients for many years and is also able to support them in matters of trade and distribution law and complex legal proceedings.

Corporate/M&A

Dr. Philip Dohse was born in 1961. After studying law in Munich, Hamburg and Bonn in Germany, he received his doctorate in international transportation law under Prof. Dr. Rolf Herber of the University of Hamburg. He followed his studies with work in a large London based  law firm. He was admitted to the bar in 1991 and joined Luther’s predecessor firm in the same year,  becoming a partner in 1995.
