Dr. Moritz Mentzel advises German and international companies on corporate law issues and M&A projects. At Luther’s Berlin office, he is a contact for start-ups, founders, investors, and medium-sized companies when it comes to investment projects.
Dr. Moritz Mentzel was born in Mainz (Germany) in 1986. After studying law at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich (Germany), he carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, which also included working for a business law firm in Madrid (Spain). Dr. Moritz Mentzel completed a doctorate in tax law and, from 2013 to 2015, worked for Luther as a research assistant, dealing with corporate law issues. He joined Luther as a lawyer in 2015.
