Dr Kuuya Josef Chibanguza is frequently recommended as an advisor to national and international clients when it comes to minimising (product) liability risks in the context of digitalisation (Industry 4.0). In a series of events developed by him regarding "Legally sound project management", he regularly holds workshops, in particular on the question of how to minimise risks in purchasing and distribution. Dr Kuuya Josef Chibanguza is a certified specialist in international business law. He studied law at the University of Osnabrück (Germany), completing at the same time a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) programme in business law. He was awarded his doctorate for a thesis on a European law topic. Kuuya Josef Chibanguza joined Luther as a lawyer in 2013.
In addition to working as a lawyer at Luther, Kuuya Josef Chibanguza also works as a visiting lecturer and is the author of various legal papers.
