Dr. Katharina Preuss was born in 1974. She studied law at the University of Cologne, Germany. After being admitted to the bar, Dr. Preuss received her doctorate from the University of Göttingen, specializing in hyperlink responsibility issues. She was also active as a research assistant there. She joined the Luther team in 2004.
