Dr. Karina Wojtowicz

Karina Wojtowicz advises on general contract law issues, general civil law, commercial law and corporate law. Her advisory services further include national and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), both buy side and sell side. She additionally represents her clients when it comes to resolving disputes, in and out of court.

Corporate/M&A

Karina Wojtowicz was born in 1986. She studied law at Leibniz University in Hannover (Germany), where she subsequently also worked as a research assistant whilst writing her doctoral thesis. As part of her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany), she worked for, inter alia, the Office of the Permanent Representative of the Federal Republic of Germany to the OECD in Paris (France). Karina Wojtowicz was admitted to the German Bar in 2016. Before joining Luther in January 2018, she worked for a medium-sized law firm in the areas of insurance and contract law.
